    Under direct supervision, the Coil Assembler is responsible for operating automatic winding machines, including bobbin winders to produce precision coils for use in components meeting all necessary electronic, dimensional, and functional criteria. Description goes here

Planning

  • Maintenance and Grounds Associate I (1st shift)

    Under indirect supervision, the Maintenance and Grounds Associate 1 is responsible for simple repair and maintenance of the building and grounds which support the facility’s maintenance projects according to safety, cleanliness and grounds facility requirements to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. The position applies knowledge of reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service of building and grounds equipment.

Purchasing

  • Material Handler

    The Material Handler is responsible for material transaction and movement tasks within the organization. These tasks include but are not limited to material receiving, stocking, disbursement and kitting, material movement within the factory, cycle counting, ordering processing, packaging and shipping transactions. The Material Handler will be responsible to maintain inventory control through accurate material transactions and processing documentation for traceability as well as maintain cleanliness and organization of material storage area to ensure a safe work environment and quality of materials.   

Machine Shop

  • Machinist 2 - CNC Grinder

    Under indirect supervision, the CNC Grinder is responsible for the set up and operating of a variety of CNC and manual grinding machines utilizing knowledge of machines, wheels, tooling, materials and programs.

  • Senior Machine Operator

    Under indirect supervision, the Machine Operator is responsible for the set up and operating of a variety of punches, presses, shears and other metal manufacturing equipment to produce quality parts for the aircraft/aerospace industry.

Quality

  • Calibration Technician

    Description goes hereThe calibration technician is responsible for calibrating equipment, as well as maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting basic instrumentation both for the calibration laboratory and production lines.  The primary focus of this role is to ensure that all instrumentation, gauges, and testing devices/equipment are calibrated correctly, on-time, and maintain NIST traceability.

  • Senior Quality Engineer

    This position is responsible for applying advanced quality engineering principles and theoretical knowledge to solve quality problems and develop, implement, and monitor, quality systems and processes. This position works closely with manufacturing operations and engineering teams to solve problems, develop solutions and improve productivity while ensuring compliance to customer and regulatory requirements (AS9100, ISO9001, CFR, FAA) and our quality management system.

    The Senior Customer Success Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for large customer accounts. This individual is responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships. The role involves collaboration with internal teams (value stream managers, engineering, quality and operations) to ensure the successful delivery of Servotronics products or services.
