  • Servotronics offers a variety of alternative work schedules to support your work-life balance, including 4-day work weeks and flexible partial work-from-home schedules depending on your role and business needs.

  • We provide Life Insurance at no cost to you, with the option to purchase additional coverage at reduced rates to give you peace of mind.

  • New York State Disability Benefits Law (DBL) Insurance provides a source of income for eligible employees who cannot work due to non-work-related illness and injury.

  • Short-Term Disability (STD) Insurance is available to provide a source of income if you cannot work due to a non-work-related illness or injury. It can help replace a portion of your income during the initial weeks of a disability to help you pay your bills.

  • Servotronics Inc. offers salaried employees a plan for long-term income protection if they cannot work due to a non-work-related illness or injury.

  • Critical illness is offered as an option to supplement medical and disability income insurance for the employee, spouse, and child with a critical illness.
