William F. Farrell, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer
William F. Farrell, Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer of Servotronics, Inc., having joined the Company in April 2022. Mr. Farrell was also appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of the Company, effective April 25.
Prior to joining the Company, he served in various roles of increasing responsibility at Moog, Inc., including, most recently, Site General Manager for Moog’s Aircraft Group, which supports military and commercial aerospace applications from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, he served five years as Site General Manager for its Industrial Group, supporting markets including flight simulation, oil and gas exploration, power generation and industrial automation. Mr. Farrell holds a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A in manufacturing operations management from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Robert A Fraass
Chief Financial Officer
Robert Fraass is the Chief Financial Officer of Servotronics, Inc., having joined the Company in 2023. In his role, Mr. Fraass is responsible for managing all finance, accounting, and treasury functions. Prior to joining Servotronics, Inc., he held managerial and executive leadership roles with increasing responsibilities including Senior Vice President of Finance-Corporate Controller & Treasurer, Vice President of Finance & Administration, Executive Director of Finance, and Corporate Controller positions in the medical device, building optimization, manufacturing technology and energy industries. Mr. Fraass’ extensive experience includes tenures at Stark Technologies Group, Ivoclar Vivadent, Integer, Integrys Energy Services and Ernst & Young LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bucknell University and holds Professional Certifications in Public Accounting, Management Accounting, Strategy & Competitive Advantage, and is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
James Takacs
Chief Operating Officer
James Takacs is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Servotronics, Inc., serving in that capacity since 2018. A lifelong Company employee, Mr. Takacs joined Servotronics, Inc. in 1987 and held positions of increasing responsibility including Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and Senior Vice President of Operations. As COO, he is responsible for providing executing leadership for the physical plant and the engineering, production, and operational groups. Mr. Takacs holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
