Assembly and Calibration

To insure compliance with our stringent customer requirements, all of our products are assembled and calibrated to fully documented assembly procedures. Component parts with exacting tolerances require specialized assembly techniques, which are documented to assure consistency in manufacturing from the very first unit to the last. All technicians are highly trained to assure consistent conformity to all processes, procedures and performance requirements.

Custom designed torque motors are used in many of our products. Torque motors are also supplied to our customers as separate components. The mating of electro-magnetic performance to the ultimate system requirements demands precise correlation between each component's operation and the control system's end purpose. Our technicians are thoroughly trained in calibration techniques of electro-magnetic and electro-mechanical devices, sub-systems and systems.
